Corn and Berries Belong Together

Especially in this easy-breezy, no-bake treat.

This is an easy-breezy, no-bake treat, but it does require a bit of planning ahead because it needs a good amount of time to chill—at least 8 hours. You can leave it chilled for up to 48 hours before the berries start to lose their integrity — a perfect make-ahead dessert.

I used Trader Joe’s Cornbread Crisps here because I love the flavor of corn and berries together, but if you don’t have a Trader Joe’s nearby, you can substitute graham crackers (about 15-20 full sheets), or your favorite somewhat thin, flat cookie.
