Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, or more as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 frozen banana, optional
  • 2 cups unsweetened frozen sliced or chopped peaches

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt, juice, vanilla, and the banana if you’re using it in the blender first, followed by the peaches.
  2. Start by pulsing the machine, then turn it on and whiz until smooth. If the mixture is not moving much, add a splash more orange juice. Serve right away, ideally in chilled glasses or over ice (though if you’ve used the frozen banana, it’ll be plenty cold).
