Dan Levy, of Schitt's Creek fame, joined us on the podcast (he's as delightful as you'd imagine), and when he told us that his dad, Eugene Levy, grated his eggs for egg salad, we were intrigued.

Classic Levy Family Egg Salad

Prevent your screen from going dark

Ingredients

  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • Bagel or bread

Instructions

  1. Grate hard-boiled eggs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste
  3. Scoop in mayonnaise, to taste.
  4. Spread on a bagel or bread, open-faced.
