Blue Cheese-Stuffed Dates

Blue Cheese-Stuffed Dates

Prevent your screen from going dark

Makes 4 servings 1x

Time 15 minutes



  • 12 Medjool dates (preferably Rancho Meladuco)
  • About 2 tablespoons any blue cheese


Use a paring knife to slit each date vertically until you hit the pit; remove the pit. (Or you can remove the pit the fancy way.) Use a piping bag (or a Ziploc) or a very small spoon to stuff each date with blue cheese.
