The Chief Sourcerer for Dandelion really, really loves chocolate

It’s Valentine’s Day, so we’re doing an episode about chocolate. Stupid, huh? Maybe. But it gave us a great opportunity to collaborate with our friends at the marvelous Dandelion Chocolate, namely Greg D’Alesandre, whose job title—he says, when you work at a small company, you can call yourself whatever you want, is “Chief Sourcerer.”
Greg has loved chocolate his entire life—in college he was the chocolate guy because he always had it readily available; plus, he made liquid nitrogen chocolates in his dorm room, which you’ll hear about—and as of today he’s been to 35 chocolate-growing countries, where he sources cacao, meets growers, and learns everything he possibly can in order to both quench his neverending hunger for chocolate and to help Dandelion make some of the very best, best-sourced chocolate out there. You’re going to learn a ton from him.
We’re sharing Dandelion Chocolate’s Maybe the Very Best Chocolate Chip Cookies, here.
