1. Greek yogurt swirled with peanut butter: A filling and protein-rich breakfast that’ll keep you full til lunch, no problem. Add a little honey if you’d like.
2. Oatmeal topped with peanut butter, chopped apple, and cinnamon: The warming spice and apple in this perfect morning meal are particularly fantastic for fall.
3. Peanut butter waffles: Especially good with leftover waffles; toast them lightly and top them with peanut butter. The peanut butter will quickly become silky and scrumptious.
4. Peanut butter granola: Make granola, and as soon as it comes out of the oven, stir in up to 1/2 cup peanut butter, tossing quickly with a soft spatula so it warms while the cereal is still warm.
5. Peanut butter and jelly chia seed pudding: When protein-rich chia seeds are mixed with liquid, they create a gel-like texture, making them an excellent substitute for gelatin in puddings.
6. English muffin with peanut butter and crisped up bacon: Don’t knock it til you try it; this is a pairing made in heaven. And make sure the bacon is nice and crispy—trust us.
7. Breakfast fruit rollups: Spread peanut butter on a small warmed flour tortilla, top it with sliced banana, and roll it up—perfect on the go.
8. Peanut butter pancakes: Add the peanut butter (start with a 1/4 cup, but you may like up to a half cup) right into the batter—bananas are optional.
