1. Rishi Tea

These days, I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t crawl into a cup of Rishi tea. I drink at least three big mugs of hot tea a day. (After a couple cups of coffee!) Sometimes during Pacific Northwest heat waves I’ll make a pitcher of iced, but there’s something about the comfort and aroma of warm tea that I don’t just crave, but seem to literally require right now.

Favorite flavors caffeinated: Earl Grey Lavender, Jasamine Green Tea, and Masala Chai.

Favorite botanicals: Turmeric Ginger, Bergamot Rose, and Chamomile Medley.

Next, I need to explore the oolongs! [Note from Kate: The excellent Thrive Market, see below, carries Rishi.] – Kerri

2. THE Peeler for Squash

I was one of those people who very rarely cooked squash because I hated peeling it so much. But the other night I made the most outrageous squash soup –and it was all thanks to this inexpensive peeler. This little gadget will make work of a decent-sized butternut in about two minutes. It’s the only vegetable peeler you’ll ever need. – Kate

3. Made In Baking Slab

Made In

First of all, this thing is gorgeous—makes me happy when I see it. But, more importantly, it’s good for just about anything. Roasting vegetables or meat, for sure. But also—it’s meant for baking. A slab pie, a sheet cake, pizza (I’ve done this!). It’s much more fun than a traditional sheet pan, and just as versatile. – Kate
